About me

I'm a motivated individual, dedicated with a passion and drive for all things digital. I have a proven track record in design/development for both on and offline campaigns, multiple platforms including mobile devices.

I have a Degree in Industrial Design Engineering and use these key skills gained to enhance the user's interaction focusing on making my designs as simple and efficient as possible. My skill set over the eighteen years is wide and includes UI/UX design, digital design, print, 3d, gaming, programming to video and audio production. I have a high level approach to solving technical problems.

I have been responsible for the creation of User journey's, UI concept to showcase products online, producing  wireframes and screen mockups on a number of projects.

GET Plc the UK’s leading manufacturer of electrical accessories had tasked me with creating a number of rich media digital marketing projects.  The first of which was a interactive micro-site designed for Argos featuring their innovative CCTV products and systems.

Be Olympian

Pitched by myself and Steve Aris our Be Olympian idea was selected for further development by the BBC commissioners.
We were initially shortlisted from 170 national ideas, of which 29 were selected and we were one of the final the 12 selected for development. We went on to produce widgets, banners and microsites for the BBC.

Labour Party Conference Video


The 'Black Country See it in colour' brand forms part of the Black Country's 30-year vision to transform the sub-region's future.

The brief was to reflect the area's changing scene, vibrancy and multiculturalism whilst, establishing a combined marketing effort with other Black Country partners. This video was one of a suit of video's I designed directed, edited, and deilivered. Its was launched at the 2005 Labour party conference in Blackpool. A further four video's followed.

Development Agency Conference Video

Advantage West Midlands is the Regional Development Agency for the West Midlands, the Region at the heart of the UK.

The brief was to produced a video to showcase what the region has to offer for women in business and highlight their contribution to the regional, national and international economy. The Agency promoted this message at national conferences around the EU and UK and also via an interactive DVD with contributions from The Tessa Jowell MP and Agency Board Member Isobella Moore. I worked with AWM to storyboard, script, direct, edit and produce this video.

After a strategic review of sales and marketing collateral by Parceline I delivered an extensive suite of online sales and marketing tools for the website and beyond.  Extending to all of the companies service offerings the digital marketing modules focus on customer acquisition, retention and cross sales.

With the show being 50 per cent larger than in previous years, it provided a great opportunity for us to show the world what an innovative, talented and exciting region the West Midlands is.

I went over to Austin as one of the delegation of digital media firms from the West Midlands that traveled to Texas for SXSW, music and interactive festival.

A total of 20 West Midland firms, including Maverick Television, Persuaders Media and Fish In A Bottle, were in Texas between March 12 and 21 as part of the UK presence at the South by SouthWest festival.

Advantage West Midlands (AWM) headed up the delegation of industry experts supported by UKTI, to showcase innovation, content creation and cross-media collaboration in the region.

These e-learning resources targeted the area of Personal Social Development, for entry level foundation learners on the subject of Parenting Skills. They can be used on and offline in a variety of environments for disengaged learners. The target audience is equally balanced between males and females and is within the age range 16 – 65. Many of whom will be reluctant to learn.

Mobile Web Design

Mobile web design

Development for mobile platform is unlike traditional PC web design as it presents a number of unique challenges. This is complex as there are hundreds of different phones with different browsers. As a digital media designer I am now more engaged in developing solutions to optimise the mobile user experience for websites and applications for iPhone, Android, and Symbian devices.s on customer acquisition, retention and cross sales.
